Founder, CEO & CIO
Achilles Risvas is the Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Dromeus Capital Group. Since establishing the firm in 2008, he has been responsible for its strategic direction and investment activity, guiding Dromeus’s evolution from its origins in credit and special situations to its current focus on digital infrastructure and real estate. He has over two decades of investment experience across asset classes and geographies, combining strategic perspective with direct involvement in key investment decisions. Before founding Dromeus, he was a Director in the Fixed Income division at Lehman Brothers in London, advising Sovereign Wealth Funds, Central Banks, and major financial institutions across Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS, the Middle East, and Africa. With more than two decades of financial markets experience, he has also held roles in foreign exchange trading, structuring, and sales at Citigroup in London and BNP Paribas in Paris & London. He began his career as an investment advisor at Merrill Lynch in London. Beyond Dromeus, Achilles is the co-founder and Chairman of Brikbee, a licensed fintech platform focused on real estate crowdfunding, and serves as an advisor to Metavallon VC, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage technology companies. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge (Judge Business School) and an MSc in Investment Management from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), City, University of London. He is a CFA® charterholder.

Partner
Vassilis Tsilimpis is a partner of Dromeus Capital Group and serves as Managing Director of Investments, with a primary focus on the firm's digital infrastructure strategy. Before joining Dromeus Capital Group in 2013, Vassilis was a Senior Financial Consultant in the Transaction Advisory department at Ernst & Young in Athens. He provided advisory services on a variety of privatizations, restructurings, and M&A projects. Selected credentials include the privatization of the Greek Public Gas Company, vendor due diligence for a major pharmaceutical company, the carve-out of a Greek bank’s assets, and the privatization of Thessaloniki Water Supply & Sewerage Co. Vassilis holds an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an Executive Master’s in Finance from London Business School.
Chrysanthos Panteli
Group Chief Operating Officer
Chrys Panteli serves as Dromeus’ Group Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the day-to-day management of the firm, with all non-investment functions reporting to him. His responsibilities include Operations, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Administration, as well as fund formation, acquisitions, and other special projects across the firm’s investment strategies. Before joining Dromeus in 2023, Chrys was a Director of Alternative Investments Operations at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), where he gained extensive experience in global strategies including Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate. Chrys had previously worked with Dromeus for four years in the same role, starting in 2017. Before his time at Dromeus, he was a Funds Senior Officer at Alter Domus Funds Services (UK) Limited, and prior to that, he held various positions in AML, Compliance, Banking, Corporate Administration, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting with Alter Domus (Cyprus) Ltd. With over 10 years of experience in financial services, Chrys has managed operational aspects of transactions exceeding $2.5 billion. He holds a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Pure Mathematics from the University of Liverpool.
Dafni Agkyridi
Senior Associate
Dafni Agkyridi joined Dromeus in 2017 and works as an analyst focused on investments in special situations and real estate. She supports the investment team with fundamental research and financial modelling. Dafni is also responsible for preparing underwriting materials and presentations for real estate investments, as well as investor performance reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Sussex and a Master of Science in Mathematical Trading & Finance from CASS Business School, City, University of London.
Nick Balanis
Managing Director and Co-CIO of Real Estate
Nick Balanis joined Dromeus in 2018 as Managing Director and head of the Real Estate Platform. He is also Co-CIO and serves as portfolio manager for Dromeus’s Real Estate strategies. Before joining Dromeus, Nick was Deputy Investment Manager at NBG Pangaea REIC (now renamed PRODEA REIC), where he executed deals of approx. €500 million in Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria. Prior to NBG Pangaea, Nick worked in London as an associate at RREEF European Real Estate Securities, the real estate arm of Deutsche Bank Asset Management. He has also served as a financial analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance in London. Nick holds a Master’s in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School), City, University of London.
Despoina Ioannou
Managing Director
Despina Ioannou joined Dromeus in 2020 as Managing Director and head of property management. Despina has over three decades of financial markets experience having previously held senior management positions in Banking. She has served as Branch Manager at two of the four systemic banks, Eurobank and Piraeus Bank. Immediately before joining Dromeus she was a Senior Relationship Manager at Hellenic Asset Management. Despina holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Athens. She is a certified financial advisor by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
George Gavrilakis
Director
George Gavrilakis joined Dromeus in 2019. He is a senior vice president of Investments in the Real Estate group responsible for the sourcing, analysis and execution of real estate investments for Dromeus’ Greco Fund SCSp, Petalouda Lux SCSp and proprietary funds. Previously, George was a Vice President at AXIA Ventures Group, a boutique investment banking firm with presence in Greece, Portugal, Italy, the US and the UK, where he was actively involved in transaction execution of domestic and international deals including M&A, restructurings, private placements, and capital markets transactions, across sectors. George holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business.
George Karaiskos
Senior Vice President
George Karaiskos joined Dromeus in 2021 and is involved in all the asset management activities of the Real Estate Platform. Previously, George was an REO Asset Manager in Resolute Asset Management, focusing on sales & leases on REO portfolios while also performing business plans on assets under management on behalf of 3rd parties. Before Resolute, George was Head of Business Development at Blueground, focusing on Attica Northern Suburbs. George holds a Masters of Engineering (Meng) in Civil Engineering from University of Patras and an MBA from ALBA Business School, Athens.
Ilias Sakellariou
Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Real Estate Platform
Ilias Sakellariou joined Dromeus in 2021 as a Director and CFO of the real estate platform. He is responsible for the financial, tax and legal aspects of Dromeus’ real estate investments in Greece. Before joining Dromeus, Ilias was a Director in the international tax and transaction services of EY Greece and prior to that he was Head of Tax in AndersenTax, Greece. Ilias is a qualified lawyer and holds a Master of Arts in International Taxation from the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies of the University of London and a Master of Science in Business from ALBA. He also holds a post-graduate degree in Greek Taxation from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor in Law from the Athens University.
Gerasimos Chrysikos
Senior Legal Associate
Gerasimos Chrysikos joined Dromeus in 2021 and works as a Legal Associate. He supports the team with fundamental legal research mainly on the areas of corporate and property law. Gerasimos is also supporting the fund operations side mainly drafting corporate and real estate management documentation. Previously, Gerasimos was a Legal Associate in multiple Law Firms focused on the areas of corporate and civil law. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Law Science and a Master of Law Science (LL.M.) in Maritime Law from Athens School of Law, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Andriana Zacharaki
Senior Associate
Andriana Zacharaki joined Dromeus in November 2019 and focuses on Operations and Finance aspects of the Real Estate Platform. She has over 10 years of professional experience in Accounting, especially in Payroll procedures for several listed companies in Athens. Also, she was an operating executive assistant at Marousi Plaza which is an innovative center that has offices, conference rooms, restaurants, leisure areas for almost two years. She was responsible for the organization of conferences, monitoring of the daily and monthly parking users, invoicing common expenses and utility bills in every lessee. Andriana has a degree in the field of Accounting from the AKMI Institute of Vocational Training in Athens.

What personal data does the Firm collect and why?
In the course of providing products/services to you, the Firm may collect information that is considered personal information (e.g. name, contact details, address, passport number, driving licence).
As a client, contact or employee of Dromeus Capital Management (UK) Limited, we will require some personal information in order to verify your identity and have the applicable relationship with you. Some of this information may be required to satisfy legal obligations (e.g. to comply with obligations arising under the money laundering regulations whereas other information may be required in connection with the provision of services to you). The information collected will vary depending on the service the Firm provides to you or you provide to the Firm, but typically includes:
Where does the Firm store my personal data?
The Firm has comprehensive policies and procedures in place to ensure your personal data is kept sage and secure, with these including:
- Data encryption;
- Firewalls;
- Intrusion detection;
- 24/7 physical protection of the facilities where your data is stored (i.e. Microsoft’s UK data centres);
- Background checks for personnel that access physical facilities; and
- Security procedures across all service operations.
How long does the Firm retain personal data?
As a regulated entity, the Firm is required to maintain its books and records for a prescribed period (five years from either the ceasing of a business relationship, or, in the case of non-clients, from the making of a record – or alternatively, for seven years, where specifically requested to do so by the Financial Conduct Authority). As such, information that falls in scope of either of these requirements is retained in line with the mandated timeframe.
Any information that is outside the scope of this requirement will be retained whilst relevant and useful, and destroyed where this ceases to be the case or where the data subject specifically requests this.
What are my rights?
Once you have provided your details to the Firm, you have certain rights which apply, depending on your relationship with the Firm, the information you have shared with us and the Firm’s legal and regulatory obligations.
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some, or all, of your personal information, please email the Firm at EMAIL. The Firm will provide this information to you within one month (with the ability to extend this by an additional two months where necessary), free of charge.
You have the right to request that the information the Firm holds about you is erased under certain circumstances including where there is no additional legal and/or regulatory requirement for the Firm to retain this information.
As a client, you have the right to request that any information the Firm holds about you be provided to another company in a commonly used and machine-readable format, otherwise known as ‘data portability’.
You have the right to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date, or where necessary rectified. Where you feel that your personal data is incorrect or inaccurate and should therefore be updated, please contact info@dromeuscapital.com.
You have the right to object to your information being processed, for example for direct marketing purposes.
