Achilles Risvas is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of Dromeus Capital Group. Since founding the firm in 2008, he has led its strategic direction and investment activities, guiding the evolution of Dromeus from its origins in credit and special situations to its current focus on digital infrastructure and real estate.  He has more than 25 years of investment experience across public and private markets. Throughout his career, he has originated, structured, executed, and managed investments across multiple asset classes and geographies.  Prior to founding Dromeus, Achilles was a Director in the Fixed Income division at Lehman Brothers in London, where he advised Sovereign Wealth Funds, Central Banks, and major financial institutions across Eastern Europe, Russia & CIS, the Middle East, and Africa. Earlier in his career, he held roles in foreign exchange trading, structuring, and sales at Citigroup in London and BNP Paribas in Paris and London, and began his career as an Investment Advisor at Merrill Lynch in London.  Achilles holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge (Judge Business School) and an MSc in Investment Management from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), City, University of London. He is a CFA® charterholder.

Vassilis Tsilimpis is a Partner at Dromeus Capital Group and leads the firm’s Digital Infrastructure strategy, with a particular focus on hyperscale and high-performance computing (HPC) data centre development across Europe. He is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing investment opportunities, while driving the growth of Dromeus’ digital infrastructure platform. Since joining Dromeus Capital Group in 2013, Vassilis has been actively involved in identifying and developing large-scale infrastructure, industrial redevelopment and digital infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in the asset management industry, overseeing investment activities and research across private and public markets strategies, with a particular focus on real estate, infrastructure and special situations investments. Prior to joining Dromeus, he worked as a Senior Financial Consultant in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services department, where he advised on a broad range of privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and due diligence assignments. He holds an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an Executive Master’s in Finance from London Business School.

Nick Balanis joined Dromeus in 2018 as Managing Director and head of the Real Estate Platform. He is also Co-CIO and serves as portfolio manager for Dromeus’s Real Estate strategies. Before joining Dromeus, Nick was Deputy Investment Manager at NBG Pangaea REIC (now renamed PRODEA REIC), where he executed deals of approx. €500 million in Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria. Prior to NBG Pangaea, Nick worked in London as an associate at RREEF European Real Estate Securities, the real estate arm of Deutsche Bank Asset Management. He has also served as a financial analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance in London. Nick holds a Master’s in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School), City, University of London.

Simon Ford joined Dromeus as Chief Commercial Officer of Digital Infrastructure in early 2026, with responsibility for driving the firm’s commercial strategy in the digital infrastructure sector and supporting its expansion into data centre investments. Simon brings over 30 years of international experience across the data centre, telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors, with deep expertise in hyperscale demand, enterprise requirements, and European market dynamics. Prior to joining Dromeus, Simon served as AVP Sales EMEA at CyrusOne, where he played a key role in the company’s European expansion, leading hyperscale customer engagement, supporting new market growth and helping scale the leased portfolio from 26.8MW to over 215MW.  Earlier in his career, Simon held senior leadership roles at Colliers International, CBRE, Avaya, Level 3 Communications and MCI WorldCom, where he gained extensive experience in complex transactions, infrastructure development and international portfolio growth across EMEA and global markets. Simon holds a BSc (Hons) in Minerals Estate Management from Sheffield Hallam University.

Chrys Panteli serves as Dromeus’ Group Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the day-to-day management of the firm, with all non-investment functions reporting to him. His responsibilities include Operations, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Administration, as well as fund formation, acquisitions, and other special projects across the firm’s investment strategies. Before joining Dromeus in 2023, Chrys was a Director of Alternative Investments Operations at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), where he gained extensive experience in global strategies including Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate. Chrys had previously worked with Dromeus for four years in the same role, starting in 2017. Before his time at Dromeus, he was a Funds Senior Officer at Alter Domus Funds Services (UK) Limited, and prior to that, he held various positions in AML, Compliance, Banking, Corporate Administration, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting with Alter Domus (Cyprus) Ltd. With over 10 years of experience in financial services, Chrys has managed operational aspects of transactions exceeding $2.5 billion. He holds a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Pure Mathematics from the University of Liverpool.

Dimitra Makridou joined Dromeus in 2021 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Dromeus Capital Group, overseeing the financial management of the firm's investment platform across corporate, fund and asset-level operations. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, treasury, financing, tax, budgeting, transaction execution and financial governance, supporting the firm's investment strategies. Prior to her promotion to CFO, she held the role of Group COO and Director of Operations. Before joining Dromeus, Dimitra was a Senior Vice President at Citco Fund Services in Luxembourg, managing fund accounting and client service teams across alternative investment structures. Earlier in her career, she held positions at EY and PwC audit services. Dimitra has over 14 years of experience in investment management, alternative assets and financial services. She completed the professional qualification programme of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (IESOEL), holds the ICAEW Certificate in IFRS and a BSc in Finance and Accounting from the University of Macedonia.
